5G technology neither causes nor spreads coronavirus

Almost 1/3 of Montenegrin citizens (31%) believe that 5G technology causes or spreads coronavirus and that it is covered up so that companies dealing with this technology could continue to earn a lot of money, UNICEF Montenegro has said.

This can be concluded from the survey conducted in March this year by the Ipsos agency, on a nationally representative sample, with the support of the British Embassy in Podgorica and UNICEF.

UNICEF young reporters analyzed this conspiracy theory to see if there was any truth in it.

“Their analysis is available on the UNICEF Montenegro website and has shown that the 5th generation of mobile internet does not kill the living world nor does it spread the coronavirus”, UNICEF has explained.
