A high state prosecutor in Podgorica, Tanja Colan-Deretic, ordered up to 72 hour detention to Serbian citizen Dejan Vukovic, who is suspected of hitting a pedal boat while riding a jet ski at the Jaz beach and killing a Bulgarian citizen B.B.

He is charged with a serious offense against the safety of public transport, and he should be brought to the investigating judge within the specified time.

Vukovic was arrested immediately after he, as suspected, had hit a pedal boat with his jet ski on Sunday at about 7.30pm not far from the Jaz beach. The Bulgarian citizen and two children were on.

The boy and the girl were not injured. B.B. was seriously injured and immediately transported to Kotor hospital, but doctors were not able to save him.

According to Dnevne Novine, representatives of the Bulgarian Embassy immediately came to the scene and took over the organization and costs of transporting the body to Bulgaria.
