Bajrović: Metropolitan Amfilohije a real candidate for prime minister, he runs civic URA movement as well

Reuf Bajrović

Montenegro is on the road to become the ownership of the Serbian Orthodox Church and Moscow, Mr Reuf Bajrović, copresident of the US-European Alliance seated in Washington, assessed in an interview for CdM.

According to him, the coalition agreement, obviously reached in Ostrog monastery with assistance of Metropolitan Amfilohije (Radović), was ‘the icing on the cake’ after a year-long SOC campaign against the Montenegrin statehood and the idea of Montenegrin identity.

Zdravko Krivokapić is a Manchurian candidate whose role is to deflect criticism over pro-Chetnik elements (Mandić and others) who, to be frank, represent the biggest forces within the new ruling majority. The real candidate for a prime minister is Amfilohije Radovic, as he decides when and how the key steps will be taken. The only surprise in all this is the fact that Amfilohije is also the boss of a supposedly civic option called URA. There’s no doubt that these people are willing to play the role in the twenties as played by Rahman Morina in the late 1980s. My impression is that they do it out of pure selfishness and the Napoleon syndrome of their leader,” Mr Bajrović was adamant.

Asked about the main goal of the SOC in Montenegro, he had not doubts about it – Greater Serbia.

“The Serbian Orthodox Church doesn’t even hide it. They were never hiding their long-term goals in any way. The story about the alleged fight against the corruption is the ‘yogurt revolution’ for current situation. As soon as Krivokapić takes over the power, they will start with the brutal dissolution of the Montenegrin identity, and soon they’ll do it considering the fragile statehood of Montenegro.”

He unequivocally notes that the biggest mistake of those who love Montenegro is the hope that the new government will leave them to live with dignity and that they can feel like first-class citizens, especially Bosniaks and Albanians.

“They can count on being victims of the policy of persecution we saw exactly one hundred years ago when tens of thousands were killed and expelled without an official declaration of war. In that case, the idea of an independent Montenegro moves to enclaves that will be under different kinds of pressure to, as the Serbian Orthodox Church says, return under the cloak of Serbian identity,” Mr Bajrović pointed out.

CdM interlocutor touched on the video footage of the leader of the bloc ‘For the Future of Montenegro’.

According to him, it seems that Mr Krivokapić is morally unfit to be the prime minister.

“Regardless of his pro-Chetnik episodes from the past, he’s shown that Amfilohije’s going to be his leader already in the first several days. Glorification of Radovan Karadžić will become a new normal and that exactly would be the permanent heritage of a useful idiot named Dritan Abazović,” Mr Bajrović considers.
