Head of the Montenegrin Parliament, Mr Aleksa Bečić, has stated that there’s no better place for dialogue and constructive debate than Parliament of Montenegro.
At the conference entitled “Western Balkans and the EU: democratic consolidation through the fulfillment of political criteria”, Mr Bečić said he hoped that the Parliament would become the real center of argumentative discussion.
He thinks that meeting European standards of political criteria means strengthening rule of law, laying foundations for the institutions, non-selective respect for human and minority rights.
“Parliament of Montenegro is committed to achieving objectives stipulated in the Agenda 27,”, Mr Bečić said.
