The Marina Kalimanj in Tivat offers 10 docks and 377 berths primarily for small boats and motor vessels, whereas signing of the berth rental agreements started yesterday.
A coordinator in the Service Department within the Public Utility Company, Dunja Petković, said the contracts will be signed for a 6-month period, while the prices haven’t changed since September 2017.
“Depending on the size of a vessel, monthly fee for renting a berth will range from €19.50 (for vessels of up to 5m in length) to €46.30 for those longer than 12m. The annual berth rental fees range from €234 to €555.60,” said Petković, adding that berth tenants first have to pay all their electricity and water bills in order to be able to rent them again.
