Bojović: It’s time for this Government, before it disintegrates, to reduce damage it inflicts on state

Rade Bojović

The intention of the Government and the relevant ministry to conduct a mass procedure of revision of residence in Montenegro is politically unilateral, unacceptable and confrontational, illegal and technically unreasonable, while in the constitutional sense it is unenforceable, warns the founder of the 21. Maj Civic Movement and lawyer Rade Bojović, in his statements for Pobjeda.

He explains that, first, the Law on Registers of Residence and Stay is, in addition to testifying to the orderliness of the state and public administration, part of electoral regulations and as such should not be changed without consensus or a qualified majority within the political class.

Such an unbalanced politics, he points out, will not pass in Montenegro, nor will it have the understanding of Brussels, Mr Bojović points out.
