Mr Božo Mihailović was appointed president of the Board of Directors of Plantaže. Mr Dušan Perović will be deputy president, the company reported.
Board of Directors accepted recommendation of the Ministry of Finance on the “limitation of the maximum wage in the amount of three average wages in the company, including the past work” and ordered the Management to implement it.
The meeting concluded that wages of the employees should be completely harmonized with monthly results of business operations, in COVID-19 circumstances.
In addition, Board proposed that compensations for the members be harmonized in accordance with the recommendation and results of the business operations of the Company.
