Brcvak’s lesson to PM and Ministers: Homeland is only one, we are an inalienable part of Montenegro

Humanist Hajriz Brcvak, during the event called Days of Diaspora – Emigrants organised in Bijelo Polje on Friday night, held a lesson for the state leadership led by PM Zdravko Krivokapic. He told them to give up unconstitutional provisions of the Law on Citizenship and Residence because, he pointed out, the diaspora is an inalienable part of Montenegro.

Brcvak criticized the current Government when it comes to the attitude towards the diaspora.

Some of the ministers applauded him, some did not, and there is a striking moment when Brcvak was applauded by Minister of Economic Development Jakov Milatovic while Minister of Capital Investments Mladen Bojanic looked at him in astonishment, as if he tried to “whisper that he should not do that”.

It is known that since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic Brcvak has provided numerous donations for Montenegrin citizens, health care institutions, municipalities, etc.
