President of Montenegro’s Parliament, Mr Ivan Brajović, welcomed today Mr Lance Dome, deputy director of the Directorate for WB Foreign Office in the United Kingdom, Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Mr Brajović expressed great satisfaction with the UK’s support for the reform processes in Montenegro.
“Mr Brajović pointed out that Montenegro appreciated objective reports, contribution and support for its integration path provided by the then EP rapporteur for Montenegro, Mr Charles Tannock, and co-chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Stabilization and Association, Mr David Martin”, said the representatives of the Parliament of Montenegro.
Mr Dome said relations between the two countries were excellent and pointed out that the UK appreciated Montenegro’s contribution to NATO. He thanked the Parliament for stable cooperation with the UK Embassy in Podgorica and the Westminster foundation. Mo Dome praised efforts to come to effective solutions based on ODIHR recommendations.
