Pursuant to Article 39 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Facilities, the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism submits the draft Kasarna Moraca urban project for giving opinions. The draft revision was carried out by the Revision Council, which compiled the report on 4 January 2018.
The Ministry stated that, considering the views of all members of the Council for the Review of Planning Documents, there are many complaints related to the established urban concept.
“In addition to the undefined detailed purposes, at the level of urban plots adequate to this level of development, taking into account the geological structure of the terrain where the construction of the facility and even two levels of underground garages are planned, then the insufficient level of greening and overcapacity, it is concluded that the proposed conceptual solution does not correspond to the subject area,” the Ministry stated.
