Coronavirus: MNE cases reach 116

A further 116 coronavirus cases were recorded in the last 24 hours in Montenegro. There were no deaths, while 88 patients beat the virus. There are currently 3.699 active cases, i.e. 587 infections per 100K people.

“Labs of the Public Health Institute pulled 545 samples for PCR testing in the last 24 hours and detected 116 new cases,” the Institute announced.

New cases are from Podgorica 42, Nikšić 27, Berane 13, Kotor 9, Bar 7, Pljevlja 3, Cetinje 3, Bijelo Polje 3, Budva 2, Ulcinj 2, Herceg Novi 2, Kolašin 1, Petnjica 1 and Tivat 1.

The total number of coronavirus deaths in Montenegro stands at 149 (from the beginning of June), that is, 158 since the start of the outbreak.
