Coronavirus news: 208 new infections and four deaths in the last 24 hours

Institute for Public Health reported 4 deaths related to COVID-19 in the previous 24 hours, 208 new infections and 105 recovered cases. This means that there are 2581 active COVID-19 cases in Montenegro.

“Laboratories analyzed 658 samples, 208 of which tested positive for coronavirus. New infections were registered in Nikšić -111, Podgorica -56, Pljevlja -27, Berane -9, Bar-3 and Bijelo Polje – 2”, Institute reports.

Four patients diagnosed with COVID-19 died. They were from Herceg Novi, Bijelo Polje, Plav and Podgorica and were born in 1960, 1948, 1945 and 1959.

The total pandemic death toll in the country from the beginning of June is 124. Total death toll since the outbreak is 133.

Montenegro has so far reported a total of 7711 cases of coronavirus.
