President of Montenegro, Mr Milo Đukanović, welcomed Mr Sergej N. Gricaj, the outgoing extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Russian Federation to Montenegro.
They analyzed the situation and perspective of Russian-Montenegrin relations and agreed that their character was not in accordance with the spirit of friendly ties that two states had been cherishing for centuries.
They stressed the importance of the need for expending joint efforts to improve the situation and develop bilateral relation which is going to be beneficial for both states.
