The Government has obliged Montenegro’s power supplier, EPCG, as the operator for the facilities of the Pljevlja Thermal Power Plant (Pljevlja TPP), to take all legal actions and provide all the conditions in order to protect the rights of the state in the procedure before the Energy Community. It has also instructed the Ministry of Capital Investments to monitor and provide active support to EPCG in that procedure and to jointly prepare a draft response-statement to the introductory letter of the Energy Community Secretariat.
