Despite poor hydrological situation, last year was one of the most successful business years because all companies EPCG consists of had good performance, with around €39 million profit, it was stated at the regular EPCG shareholder assembly.
“Net result of EPCG in 2019 amounts to €28.348.159. Total electricity production in 2019 amounts to 3.011,2 GWh, which is 473 GWh less than in the previous year”, EPCG said.
Hydrological situation last year was much more unfavorable compared with 2018, which affected production of hydro power plants “Perućica” and “Piva”.
Total capital investments in EPCG amounted to €9.349.721 in 2019.
“The majority of investments refereed to modernization and new projects”, EPCG representatives point out.
Shareholders accepted decision on directing profit to undistributed profits. Total undistributed profits amount to €41.184.784.
Mr Đoko Krivokapić, Mr Ranko Milović, Mr Nikola Vujović, Mr Samir Hodžić, Mr Vladan Radulović, Mr Srđan Spaić and Mr Miloš Konata were appointed members of the Board of Directors.
