Another reception was organized in Beijing on the occasion of the end of Darko Pajović’s mandate, as the Ambassador of Montenegro to China.
The former Montenegrin ambassador to that country announced on his Facebook that the reception for high-ranking officials from the diplomatic communities in his honor was organized by the Qatari Ambassador to China, H.E. Mohamed Abdulla Al-Dehaimi, at his residence in Beijing.
In his announcement, Pajović also stated that “It is a great honor and privilege to receive the sword of the founder of Qatar, Sheikh Yassim bin Mohammed bin Thani” handed to him from the Ambassador of Qatar.
The sword, which was presented to Pajovic, is awarded on rare occasions as an expression of great respect for the contribution to the promotion of human values, the promotion of international cooperation and friendship. It is decorated with elements of 18 carat gold and tourmaline and garnet stones.
