Functionaries from Budva face criminal charges over infringement of measures

A group of functionaries from Budva, Mr Nikola Jovanović, chief of the cabinet of the president of the municipality, Mr Mladen Mikijelj, secretary of the secretariat for investments, Mr Dragan Božović, head of the Protection and Rescue Service and Mr Predrag Ivanović, president of Bečići local community are facing criminal charges because they infringed measures adopted with the aim of preventing spread of the coronavirus.

Yesterday afternoon, they gathered at the manager in the Municipality of Budva, Mr Milo Božović, who is in isolation.

According to the information, sanitary inspector who was checking on the persons in isolation, visited Mr Božović too and found functionaries form Budva in his garden.

Prosecutor in charge said that criminal charges would be filed against the aforementioned functionaries.
