We feel that Montenegro is a successful story and that you now have the best position among countries in the region. We support Montenegro in its EU aspirations, said new ambassador of Slovakia, Mr Boris Gandel, during his visit to Mr Ivan Brajović, president of Montenegro’s Parliament.
Mr Brajović congratulated the ambassador on his function and said he firmly believed Montenegro-Slovakia relations would further improve during his term of office.
“Slovakia has laid stable foundations of cooperation with Montenegro. Regular political contacts and parliamentary cooperation are confirmation of strong partnership”, Mr Brajović pointed out.
He said that Montenegro “will never forget support it received from diplomacy In Slovakia in the process of the restoration of Montenegrin independence, NATO accession and EU process”.
New ambassador of Slovakia pointed out that he wanted to make their good relations even better, more stable.
