Krivokapić’s double standards

Zdravko Krivokapić

The Government won’t allow banditry, said Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić yesterday, without hiding his dissatisfaction with the revolt of the Tuzi locals who didn’t agree with the decision of the Ministry of Health to close hospitality facilities in that municipality. Although their revolt was justified, since Tuzi is in the green zone, PM Krivokapić said that epidemiological measures had to be respected without exception. The fact that Prime Minister has double standards can be concluded by taking a look at his performances before taking office, when he led the religious processions in the midst of the crisis and directly called on the Government which banned the movement.

It’s recalled that on 23 August 2020, Prime Minister personally led the religious procession from Kuči, although that kind of movement was prohibited. He was accompanied by DF MP Jovan Vučurović and Real Montenegro’s leader Marko Milačić. None of them wore masks or kept a safe distance.
