Latest COVID-19 data in Montenegro: 145 new cases, 294 recovered cases and 4 deaths

Four COVID-19 patients in Montenegro died over the past 24 hours. They were from Pljevlja, Žabljak, Podgorica and Bar and were born in 1963, 1979, and 1957 (2 patients). Institute for Public Health registered 145 new cases. Today, there’s also good news – another 294 patients have recovered. All this means that there are currently 4232 active cases of coronavirus, which is 672 per 100.000 inhabitants.

“Testing of 561 samples showed 145 positive cases: 65 in Podgorica, 34 in Nikšić, 11 in Cetinje, 7 in Kotor, 7 in Pljevlja, 4 in Berane, 4 in Rožaje, 3 in Bar, 3 in Bijelo Polje, 2 in Andrijevica, 2 in Plav and 1 in Herceg Novi”, Institute for Public Health reports.

Total COVID-19 death toll is 231 from the beginning of June.

From the outset of the pandemic, Montenegro has registered 15.760 cases of coronavirus.
