Lipka: Montenegro has made progress in all areas

Since the restoration of its independence, Montenegro has made progress in all areas, says former Slovak ambassador and president of the Republic Referendum Commission, Mr Frantisek Lipka.

Mr Lipka points out that Montenegro has managed to position itself on the European and world map very quickly and efficiently.

“It is very important that Montenegro became NATO member, that’s very important for stability. Montenegro’s progress on the European path is remarkable”, Mr Lipka says.

He stresses that Montenegro is recognized as stable, foreseeable and reliable partner, country with rich tradition and dynamic present, country that is stability factor in the Western Balkans.

Considerable results have been produced on internal plan.

“I hold that Montenegro has managed to maintain multi-ethnic harmony and establish stable relations with its neighbors. If there’s a problem, Montenegro didn’t cause it, and that’s very important”, Mr Lipka says.

He adds that Montenegro also succeeded in dynamising economic growth and boost employment.

He sees people have become different.
