Markovic: Preserve peace and stability

On the occasion of the Statehood Day, Prime Minister Dusko Markovic laid a wreath on the Partisan Cemetery monument in the Breza village near Kolasin at a ceremony organized by the Association of Veterans and Anti-fascists of Montenegro.

“Today’s message from Breza is: Montenegrins, citizens of Montenegro, take care of Montenegro, preserve its peace, preserve stability, as it will provide you with lasting security and prosperity,” Markovic said.

The prime minister has told citizens of Montenegro that peace and stability are the biggest capital and a state’s value.

“It is very important to mark Montenegro’s statehood on this day and on every other day and to gather this way and send clear images of modern Montenegro. At the same time, those are messages to future generations that peace and stability as the biggest capital that an individual and his/her family can have and the highest value of a state,” the PM said, adding that Montenegro has learned lessons of history and that mistakes will not be repeated again.
