“The youngest will feel to a largest extent the benefits of our current work, economic growth and the overall stability of the Montenegro’s society. We have no dilemma that by investing in their first steps we provide long-term and sustainable development of the society, established on sound basis,” noted Montenegro Prime Minister Duško Marković at the opening ceremony of the conference “Investing in the early ages – Conference on fiscal and administrative imperatives for Early Childhood Development”, organized by UNICEF and the UDG.
The Prime Minister said that we have to understand that education does not begin before the child starts school, and that it is difficult, if not impossible, to make up for what was missed in the first years of life.

A ponajmanje u svom obrazovnom kapacitetu!
