The agreement on handing over the former military-tourist complex ‘Mediteran’ in Žabljak was signed today in the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, MORiT.
According to MORiT, after the tender procedure was completed, the Government of Montenegro signed the Contract on long-term lease of the military resort ‘Mediteran’ in Žabljak with the consortium ‘CG SKI d.o.o.’ Žabljak and Tallinn-based ‘Baltic International Trading’.
“A leaseholder is obliged to invest EUR 5.5 million in the construction of a high-end 5-star hotel resort with 100 beds,” MORiT stated.
