Montenegro is getting software for modernization of prison system

Montenegro’s Deputy Prime Minister and Justice Minister, Mr Zoran Pažin, and his Serbian counterpart, Ms Nela Kuburović, signed today in Belgrade the Protocol on granting an information technology solution for the needs of the Administration for Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions of Montenegro.

Based on this Protocol, the Ministry of Justice of Serbia will grant the Montenegrin Ministry of Justice the right to use and adapt the “source code” of an IT solution aligned with the prison system, with the aim of establishing an information system for monitoring the life cycle of prisoners jailed in the Administration for Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions of Montenegro.

It’s about a software that enables monitoring of relevant data on individuals deprived of liberty, boost efficiency and ensures better control over the system for criminal sanctions enforcement.
