Municipality of Tuzi got €500,000 from state budget

Tuzi

The Ministry of Finance has paid the Municipality of Tuzi EUR 500,000 for financing the newly-established local self-government, as on 31 July the Capital City will cease to fund this Municipality. The amount of money has been ensured from the permanent budget surplus, while the government itself adopted the decision on paying off the money, writes Dan, a daily.

“The Government of Montenegro adopted the information on ensuring funds from the permanent budget surplus for the initial financing of the Municipality of Tuzi. The Ministry of Finance is obliged to pay EUR 500,000 from the permanent budget surplus on a bank account of the Municipality of Tuzi open with NLB Banka Montenegro. The Municipality of Tuzi is recommended to use funds for the development activities as much as possible,” it is suggested in the conclusions signed by Ms Nataša Pešić, Secretary-General to the Government.
