New directors of state-owned companies earn from €1,376 a month in railway companies to €3,584 as the heads of energy companies.Their salaries have mostly been reduced in relation to the income of their predecessors, in the amount of up to 30%, Pobjeda reports.
Pobjeda asked for data on directors’ salaries from the 12 largest state-owned companies in which the management was changed, and the answer did not come from Montenegro’s power supplier (EPCG), the Rudnik Uglja coal mining company and the Airports of Montenegro.
