The Government of Montenegro has rendered a decision to add another project on the List of development projects which are candidates for receiving economic citizenship. It’s Cruiser Hotel, which will be built in Budva.
Plans are afoot for the construction of a hotel in accordance with the condo model, with five stars, 252 accommodation units, with estimated value of €58.2 million.
The List of development projects currently counts 15 projects with a total value of around €450 million.
