Leaders of the parliamentary opposition met today with the organizers of “Odupri se 97 000” protest and they talked about the models of their forthcoming activities, putting more pressure on the governing structures and extending protests outside the borders of Podgorica.

Representatives of Democratic Montenegro, who hosted the meeting, said that they had analyzed current political situation and that they had agreed on taking measures with the aim of implementing the Agreement on Future.

“In accordance with what has been stated previously, leaders and the representative of the organizers agreed to present the agreement to relevant international addresses. They also reached agreement that several working groups and creative teams start working immediately on developing the strategy of different actions that will be in the function of putting pressure on the government. So far, protests have managed to achieve the objective they had and they’re becoming more and more intolerable to the regime”.

They add that this time they are ready to bring the whole thing to the very end. That means, changing the power and making the first step towards the democratization of the society.

This was the fourth meeting between the opposition and the organizers of the protest.
