The Shareholders’ Assembly of the Pljevlja Coal Mine decided to pay a €1 million dividend (gross amount), this company announced.
Shareholders also decided to use €1.65 million to cover losses from the previous accounting period, Dnevne Novine daily reported.
“Undeclared funds in the amount of €3.9 million will be used for the procurement of mechanisms and the development projects of the Coal Mine,” this company said in a statement.
The decision on allocating the company’s profit, which amounted to €6.584.828 last year, was made for the period 1 Jan. – 31 Dec. 2019.
