Normal Tours Company has sold Podgorica Hotel to a French national, this company reported.
“Due to problems provoked by coronavirus pandemic and demand for capital for financing Ljubović hill homes project, it has been decided that Podgorica Hotel should be sold. This way, we provided capital we needed to complete the project of the construction of residential and business complex”, Normal Tours representatives said.
They say that Podgorica Hotel will continue to work and that the staff will maintain their positions.
“We would like to take this opportunity and thank our guests who have been rejoicing in the amenities of Podgorica Hotel over the past 17 years and that they will keep coming back to the hotel regardless of the change in ownership structure”, Normal Tours representatives concluded.
