According to preliminary data of the Statistical Office of Montenegro (MONSTAT), the average price per square metre to buy a new flat in Montenegro amounted to €1,206 in the second quarter of this year, and it’s by 11.6 per cent higher compared to the same period last year and 17.8 per cent higher compared to the first quarter of the same year.
MONSTAT announced that the average price per square metre in the capital in the second quarter of 2019 amounted to €1,204, in the Montenegrin coast €1,368, in the central part of the country – €677, while in the northern region of Montenegro it amounted to €880.
