Radunovic: How are we supposed to agree over judges when you stand here with your cameras and microphones, rushing to publish it all

Slaven Radunović

A meeting of the parliamentary majority was held earlier today in the parliament’s building over the election of judges of the Constitutional Court.

There were no official statements, but the head of the Democratic Front’s caucus, Slaven Radunovic, briefly said: “How are we supposed to agree over it when you’re here with your cameras and microphones, rushing to publish everything you found out. I think it’s important to elect those people, not to sell your papers”.

A joint session of the Constitutional Committee and Parliament’s Collegium is scheduled for tomorrow when the two should discuss whether the agreement on two-thirds support for the election of four judges of the Constitutional Court may be ensured (54 votes of MPs are needed).
