The Ambassador has said that no one should doubt the US strength due to the recent events at the Capitol.
Like many people around the world, I watched with anguish as the US Capitol was assaulted by those seeking to impede lawmakers from certifying the results of our election. I thank all in 🇲🇪 who have expressed solidarity with the American people in these difficult times.

As she has said, that the US Constitution protects the right to peaceable assembly. Still, there are some who would use the right to peaceful protest as a cover for mayhem leading to tragic and needless loss of life.
“As the President-elect Biden has said “the scenes at the Capitol do not reflect true us. Like many other people in the world, I watched with anguish as the US Capitol was assaulted by those seeking to impede lawmakers from certifying the results of our election. I thank all in Montenegro who have expressed solidarity with the American people in these difficult times.” wrote Ms Reinke.
