Sanja Mandic, the wife of the New Serb Democracy (NOVA) leader Andrija Mandic has been heard today as a witness in Special State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica.
“My today’s appearance in the Special State Prosecutor’s Office is just one of a series of attempts to press my husband Andrija Mandic. These are shameful and despicable phenomena. The Democratic Front will continue its fight for freedom, justice, and truth. Freedom is so close,” Sanja Mandic said after the hearing.
Mrs Mandic received the summons to the hearing yesterday afternoon. She was heard by prosecutor Lidija Vukcevic.
It is not known on the occasion of which case Sanja Mandic has been heard.
SDT has not announced whether the hearing of Mandic’s wife is related to SDT’s suspicions against the leader of the Movement for Changes (PzP) Nebojsa Medojevic and businessman Momir Nikolic.
SDT suspects Medojevic and Nikolic of organising a criminal group, through which they put hundreds of thousands of dollars allegedly gained through criminal activities into legal flows on the territory of Montenegro.
