Sixty three apartments for tourists in Kotor

Infinity Board & paper, company from  Tivat, is going to build three residential structures in Kavač settlement in Kotor, using Turkish capital. Total gross area of the structure amounts 2.046 square meters and it will have 63 apartments intended for tourists.

The architectural whole will consist of three structures, basement, ground floor and two above-ground floors. According to plan, there will also be two-level underground garage with pool plateau and free areas above it.

Structure A will have 23 residential units, structure B – 18 and structure C- 24 residential units. There will be 40 parking places in the garage and 22 in front of it.

Basement of structures will be lined with stone. Facade walls will be the combination of stone, wood and bavalit.
