The Secretariat for Development of Entrepreneurship, Utilities and Transport of the Municipality of Kotor has drawn up the information leaflets that taxi entrepreneurs and associations, licensed by the Municipality of Kotor, are obliged to display in their taxi vehicles, Ms Tamara Lompar, a secretary of this Secretariat, told Skala Radio.
She stated that this decision is in accordance with the Law on Road Transport, which stipulates that closer conditions, organization, working clothes, optimal number of taxi vehicles, minimum number of taxi vehicles adapted for the disabled, minimum and maximum prices within the framework of a taxi tariff and the manner of performing auto-taxi transportation is prescribed by the competent body of the local self-government, that is, the Secretariat for Entrepreneurship Development, Utilities and Transport of the Municipality of Kotor.
