The Army prepares to sell weapons, equipment

Montenegrin Ministry of Defense plans to sell a significant part of weapons not being used for a long time, which are currently at the military warehouses (of the Land Army, Navy and Army’s Air Forces) until 2020.

Based on the long-term plan for the development of defense, and as Pobjeda daily put it, this Ministry led by Predrag Bošković, is going to sell:

  • 400 pieces of anti-tank grenade launchers of the type ‘Zolja’;
  • 581 missiles ‘Malyutka’;
  • 19 PVO missile systems ‘Arrow 2’, as well as
  • 30 mine throwers (82 mm) currently at the warehouse in Brezovik.

According to this document, the warehouse in Danilovgrad has 3 armored all-terrain vehicles M81, 6 anti-tank guns, as well as 5 military transporters which are also not needed any more.
