Average price of a square meter of an apartment in Montenegro amounted to €1.113 last year.
Statistics reveal that average price of a square meter in Podgorica amounted to €1.070.
“A square meter of an apartment in the seaside region cost €1.400, €663 in the central region and €760 in the northern part”, Statistical Office said.
Differences in average prices in new construction mostly depend on the share of apartments of solidarity housing construction.
“The higher the share of such apartments, the lower the price of the apartments in new construction”.
