Tivat soon to be home to a 5-star hotel

Tivat residents Nada Petković and Marko Kostić want to build a five-star hotel within the planned waterpark in Tivat. They have already obtained the approval for the hotel’s conceptual design, developed by the acting chief state architect Dušan Vuksanović.

The hotel has been projected by the Urbanist Project Company from Budva and the area of the urban plot is 2,413 square meters.

The urban plot is right next to the sea and in the vicinity of the Tivat airport. This new high-end hotel will contain a basement, ground floor and 1 floor, with a gross surface of 1,838.7 square meters. The basement will cover a gross surface of 752 square meters, ground floor 616.3 square meters and the floor 469.7 square meters.

Ground floor will have 8 twin rooms, while the floor will contain a total of 6 rooms all alike, along with two more 4-bed rooms with a surface of 42 and 66 square meters.
