Turkish Airlines reducing, Air Serbia introducing new, Luxair canceling flights to Montenegro

Luxembourg’s national airline Luxair will cancel completely, while Turkish Airlines will reduce the number of flights. On the other hand, Air Serbia has decided to significantly increase the number of flights to Montenegro.

As the end of summer “high” season for airlines approaches, so do the flight schedules. Many airlines have decided to significantly reduce the number of flights, both due to the epidemiological and economic situation, Dnevne Novine reports.

Montenegrin airline increased the number of weekly flights from Tivat and Podgorica to Belgrade to 20. Following this, with the changes in the flight schedule, Air Serbia has as many as 33 flights a week to Montenegro.

The long-announced Luxair flights will have some of the more significant changes. The company from Luxembourg has decided to reduce the number to Podgorica from two to one a week in the coming months, and the last flight will be on 4 November. The connection with Tivat will be concluded with the last flight planned for this Saturday. According to current information, Luxair has no plans to renew these lines next summer.
