President of the Municipality of Ulcinj, Mr Ljoro Nrekić, and representative of the Turkish Polin company, Mr Edin Pepić, signed an Agreement on the Long-Term Lease of the immovable property for the purposes of the construction of aqua park in Gornji Štoj.
Around €7 million will be invested in the aqua park.
Total entertaining complex should be finished before in the lead-up-to this year’s tourism season. It will encompass bathing area for adults and children, pool with toboggans, pool for jumping and other accompanying amenities.
