Hospitality venues in Budva, Cetinje, Kolašin, Ulcinj and Žabljak will close on Monday, the Public Health Institute has stated earlier today.

As they say, the epidemiological situation in these municipalities got worse, as the Covid-19 infection rate in them crossed 800 per 100K people. This means that the aforementioned municipalities now belong to the Group 3, that is, tighter restrictions for the next 14 days will be in place.

The Institute says that there are no municipalities with the infection rate exceeding 1.200 per 100K inhabitants and they don’t expect to have them either, as that would mean the introduction of a ban on movement from 10pm until 5am in the morning.

“The cumulative incidence in Podgorica currently stands at 792.7 per 100.000 inhabitants, and the decision on imposing tighter restrictions in the capital will be made after statistical processing of all samples sent to Germany,” the Institute added.
