Branka Perunicic from Podgorica has accused the officers of the Institute of the Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions of maltreating her brother Stanisa Svrkota. She claims that her brother spent a cold rainy night in an outdoor “cage”.
To make the situation worse, before being thrown out without clothes, Svrkota was allegedly beaten up.
She points out that no one deserves such abuse and claims that her brother was punished in such a brutal way for no reason.
According to her, the brutal maltreatment occurred on 15 March and the main culprit for the incident is ZIKS officer N.P.
Perunicic says she will address the Ombudsman Sucko Bakovic today. She will require punishments for the civil servants who are doing their job in this way.
In the letter for the Ombudsman seen by Dan, Perunicic claims that her brother “asked for medical help because he felt bad after spending the rainy night outdoors” but his request was denied. He was also denied a pen and a paper to address the lawyer in writing, the letter says.
