After CdM published the text, the Ministry of Economic Development, headed by Jakov Milatovic, has partially answered the questions that CdM sent to it on 22 July.
The Ministry has confirmed the information that is already known to the public, and that is that the price of wheat white bread is limited, that entrepreneurs are obliged to respect this decision, and that it will be applied until 31 December. Minister Milatovic’s Ministry has not answered CdM’s question relating to mechanisms the Ministry will use to limit retail prices.
When it comes to wheat imported from France, the Ministry says that activities are currently being carried out to prepare the sale of wheat in an international tender.
