President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Aleksa Bečić, thanked Montenegro’s President, Mr Milo Đukanović, for his congratulatory letter.
“I express my sincere thanks to You for the best wishes for my appointment. Interest of citizens and further economic and moral development of civil, European and Euro-Atlantic Montenegro must be not only our priority, but also the only task of this government on all levels. I firmly believe all MPs will demonstrate responsibility and readiness for constructive cooperation and dialogue, in accordance with expectations of our citizens”, Mr Bečić said.
In this challenging period for Montenegro, it is essential that we show maturity for leading high-quality response to all challenges, Mr Bečić said.
“It will also be an indicator of will for cooperation for all branches of power. In line with my political actions seen so far, and while serving as President of the Parliament of Montenegro, I will be open promoter of the culture of dialogue and mutual respect”, Mr Bečić concluded.
