Today, China marks the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. This year coincides with the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. We have achieved our first hundred-year goal, completely built a prosperous society and historically solved the problem of absolute poverty. By the 100th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, China will become a prosperous, democratic, civilized, harmonious and beautiful modern socialist country. This is our second centennial goal.
As a large country with 1.4 billion inhabitants, the overall modernization of China will be a feat in the process of civilization of mankind, and its impact on the world will undoubtedly be huge and positive.
This is a master plan of shared prosperity. Despite the fact that China is already the second largest economy in the world, there are still differences in the country when it comes to regional development and urban-rural development and income distribution.
In my opinion, in the post-Covid period, China and Montenegro have the potential to expand practical cooperation in the fields of agriculture, high technology, renewable energy sources and environmental protection, as well as within the Belt and Road Initiative and cooperation between China and CEE. The key is to seriously prepare and take active measures to promote a higher level of mutual benefit for the two states and peoples.
