The Supreme Court’s panel has issued a decision to extend detention for the president of the Budva Municipality, Milo Bozovic, for another three months, that is, until 13 October 2023.
The court’s panel, comprising judge Seka Piletic (president of the panel), and judges Milenka Seka Zizic and Zoran Scepanovic, as well as members of the panel, extended detention for another three months for the defendant M.B. on suspicion of committing a criminal offence – establishing a crime gang and three criminal offences – unauthorized production, possession and distribution of drugs.
