Drivers driving while the prohibition measure is on and who fail to pull off the vehicle as ordered by police officer and refuse to go through testing of alcohol or drugs concentration will be imposed fines.

“In addition, as part of renewed efforts to improve regulations on road safety, measures will be taken against careless drivers, on the grounds of collected penalty points”, Police Department said.

The law deletes provision referring to taking away driving license. Right to driving the vehicle will be kept in special records.
