For almost a month, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vesna Bratic was travelling around Europe, had meetings that were not at the level of ministers, as an expert on everything she talked about sports, science and atomic energy, she took pictures with the Serbian flag. Minister Bratic was in Russia from 4 to 10 September, in Switzerland from 10 to 16 September and in Austria from 20 to 24 September.
While in the country she is destroying the system of education, science, culture and sports with revanchism, firing headteachers, insulting and humiliating, behaving like no one before her, citizens are paying for her travels in which she further humiliates Montenegro.
The Minister who does not have time to appear before the parliamentary committee and answer MPs’ questions, who does not come to Parliament either, while her excuses are poor health (Bulgaria case), she has time to spend citizens’ money and even scandalously take photos with the Serbian flag.
Citizens suffer and pay, and the new government supports her behavior. Some encourage her, and others see nothing wrong with her behavior.
